sbFirstDay™ Support is available to all customers via email during the first 6 months for free. Paid phone and email support is available for a nominal annual fee. Support is provided via:
- Email - support@sbfirstday.com Note: We often reply to emails outside of normal support hours. Replies are always made within one business day, usually much sooner.
- Telephone - (303) 547-5534 Monday - Friday from 4 p.m. - 11 p.m. Mountain Time (for paid subscribers)
- Subscriber blasts - Helpful tips are emailed periodically to all support subscribers. Often, these tips are the result of support trends we've noticed.
