sbFirstDay Support is available to all customers via email during the first 6 months for free.  Paid email support is available for a nominal annual fee beyond the initial 6 months.  Support is provided via:


  • Email - support@sbfirstday.com  Note: We often reply to emails outside of normal support hours.  Replies are always made within one business day, usually much sooner.

  • Subscriber blasts - Helpful tips are emailed periodically to all support subscribers.  Often, these tips are the result of support trends we've noticed.
